“The attitude of gratitude is the highest yoga.” On behalf of everyone at The Hart Wellness Center, hearts full of gratitude to be part of an amazing one day festival to raise our collective vibration and much needed money for disaster relief. It is in times of crisis that we need to pull all of our resources, support and loving kindness and send it back out into the world. Please join us on Saturday, October 7 at Roma Sports Club in Frankfort along with our partner studio’s, Lifetime Fitness, Revival Yoga, Vibe Yoga Room, The Yoga Room and Barre It All Fitness, to unite as one and help those in need. This is Yoga! is a one day festival of beats, breathe and movement to unite the community and raise our vibration.
This festival will feature classes from Barre It All Fitness, Revival Yoga Studio, Vibe Yoga Room, The Hart Wellness Center, Life Time Fitness and The Yoga Room at BodyTech. Come celebrate and get your heart pumping and soul rocking.
All proceeds will benefits disaster relief for hurricane victims in Texas and Florida.
